DA Import Kuku-458: Kotori

Kotori is a rather reserved and overly curious rook. He prefers to stick to himself and, as his background did not raise him to be the most passive or docile kukuri, Kotori is not the best when it comes to those new to kuku. His lack of social interactions with non-wild Kukuri has made him rather short-tempered and nippy - he requires a patient and gentle handler as he will and has been known to lash out violently when he perceives himself distressed. Simple things confuse him, though he is extremely smart when it comes to surviving in the wilderness. He quite enjoys traveling, a good hunt, and scavenging with his small loaf. 

He feels the safest in the wild curled up beside his handler and the only very few individuals they have both allowed to get close to them. He is extremely protective once he's decided that you are a part of his loaf and is quite the alpha male, overall. He will not shy away from a battle and only ever defers to his current handler as they have developed a mutual respect. Anyone not of his loaf should be introduced to him slowly and under supervision, especially if it is another rook as he's quite determined to maintain his spot as Alpha male. Females are likely to be more readily accepted, though overly bossy/aggressive females will also have to be watched with him.
