The silent and odd grinning companion of the fairground's ghostly inhabitant. Originally named Neon Dreams, he served as one of the attractions; one of a handful of beautiful and strange kukuri on display. Unfortunately, he was left abandoned when the fair fell into ruin as people moved on to more modern forms of entertainment. Blacklight still lives there today, along with the other creatures the fair left behind. He is far from unhappy though, as he is content with his companions amidst the rotting banners and tents.

He smiles a lot, if only because it was trained into him as a pup because that's what the visitors liked to see.
