Personality: Since birth Kuunkehrä has been told to be the daughter of the Moon Io, destined to restore the aurora borealis that mysteriously disappeared long, long time ago. She is also the last alive member of an ancient tribe that worshipped said aurora, but after the lights stopped dancing the tribe members slowly withered away as if their life force was strictly entwined with the northern lights. Kuunkehrä was raised by an old kukuri she called her grandma, who had promised to Kuunkehrä's mother to tell her all the tales about her origins and how she had to restore the aurora. After the grandma passed away, Kuunkehrä started her journey. She is curious, determined and stubborn, and when she found out that an old rook called Halti was actually part of the ancient tribe she thought had perished, she is trying her best to convince the mute rook to aid her.
