Personality: Blacky is a somewhat reserved kuku, but once his trust has been earned, he will stay by one's side no matter what. He has a gentle nature and is very good with pups as he enjoys teaching. He's protective by nature which makes him a great lookout for his pack. Blacky is fairly easy to teach new things to and enjoys participating in various activities with his handler and other kukus. 
Though Blacky isn't one to look for fights, he will give it his all to finish them which leads to problems when he encounter other dominant or aggressive rooks, such as his rival Erebos. 
Another thing about this kuku is that he will be basically impossible to handle if attempted by an unknown handler. While he wont necessary attack or intentionally hurt the handler, he wont hesitate to run away or toss the rider off if they haven't earned his respect and trust. This usually goes for experienced handlers that he put up to the test, while inexperienced ones he goes easier on, especially younger ones, giving a false impression of him being a calm and submissive rook. The Sisters forbid one with a lifetime long experience think they can take this rook for a ride first time they met.
