Personality: Capensis was brought home by Dragon one day, much to Red's utter confusion. He is still unsure whether this kukuri is a actual descendent of Dragon, but cannot argue that Dragon cares for him as if he is. Unlike his parent, Capensis is a relatively normal kukuri-- save a few minor quirks. Capensis is more intelligent than the average kukuri and seems to be able to speak English, but not as aptly as Dragon and much more obviously, shocking many humans he encounters.
And if there's one thing that Capensis does, it's speak his mind. He's a lean, mean and tough prairie, with a willful, stubborn streak. He's also wickedly fast, and would be the perfect riding kukuri- if he would only cooperate. He knows his place as Dragon's offspring is nigh untouchable, and takes full advantage of that. However, when the going gets tough Capensis can snap right into his role perfectly.
Red often wonders about his strange patterning, but genetic testing is expensive.
