Status: Mostly healthy, but slightly underweight. Does occasionally have problems with back and hip pain. (Acquired, not hereditary)
Personality: Once owned by a group of soldiers, who treated him very poorly, Caspian bears mental scars from his past life. While mistrustful of humans, and other silimar beings, he has developed a deep bond with his loaf, and suffers from terrible separation anxiety if he loses sight of them for more than a few minutes. When with his loafmates, he is generally calm, if a bit jumpy. However, if separate from them, he will panic, running around in a state of almost sheer terror, and calling and screeching for them to find him again. Caspian is a very touch oriented Kuku, and will often just reach out to brush his head against his loafmates shoulder or arm, as if he's simply reassuring himself that they are there, and that everything is okay. He also cannot sleep at all unless he has someone to lay by. Preening is another way he seems to cope with things, and often times if he's not preening his own coat, he is doing it for a member of his loaf. It seems to calm and relax him.
Occasionally he does suffer from moderate pain in his back and hips, a consequence of being forced to carry and pull loads that were just far too large for him, for long periods of time. Often times he's carried by Mallow during these times, and usually after a day or two, he's back to normal, and walking on his own again.
