Personality: Haunter was the cutest little thing to come out of the nest. He looked so much like his father but he was silent and seemed to only stare, not necessarily in wonder but observing and learning. His silent unbroken stares earned him the name “Haunter” close to his fathers name but he’s stillness and silence made it even more fitting. He was a smart thing, learning to get out of his stall, getting things he wanted and he was so silent he got away with it! All the time!!! Shade knew he was a handful but loved him none the less. As he got older his silence began to make sense, he was smart but timid and scared, he was also embarrassed by his tongue seeing as no other Ku in Shades family had a green tongue. Shade tried desperately to help him surpass his fears but in vain, she hated seeing him in such discomfort but she could do nothing and love him and she did just that and more. When Haunter saw the depression Shade felt of how he was so he began to act tougher but….. he just made himself look silly. He would walk around letting his chest up high and puffing it out and make this “serious” face that just… theres no words. After time he gave up and became depressed and one day that changed. While he was sitting by the water glooming on his wrongs Shade had walked up and held his jaw making him look at her. “You are beautiful and special just as you are, just because your timid doesn’t mean you should feel that you have to be the outcast. You have a gift and you can use it in many ways, you see past peoples masks, you see 5 steps of whats about to happen in all directions and for every scenario. You are my smart, loving and loyal baby boy and that will never change, not for a moment…” From that point on he took that to heart and like his twin hardly ever left Shades side. He became her eyes and ears, even through he couldn’t protect her, he could certainly warn of any dangers that were to accuse. With this sense of purpose he found his place in the family and became proud. He still will shy away but when his job is called he will put all feelings aside just for Shade.
