Marlon is highly protective of his sister, Cyndi. He works for her and co-runs the establishment Knight's Treasure. He works primarily as head guard, but also helps run the establishment in the background by doing checks on patrons, keeping up with military movement and ocassionally works as a sword-for-hire as needed. When not at Knight's Treasure, Marlon frequents taverns, bars, inns, and other such establishments to subtly spy out travelers in the city as well as direct those who seem to be well endowed towards his establishment. Marlon also has a hand in recruitment, contracts and conflict resolution. 
Marlon is dedicated to his sister and boss, Cyndi, as well as to the establishment they run together. His downfall is that he falls in love easily, being heartbroken many times as a result.
