Personality: Third member of his loaf with Viserre and Draca. Calculating, Greedy and Eccentric. Rival to the other rook in his loaf, Draca. Or so Rupert likes to believe and proudly claims. Though, he isn't taken for a challenger, which only ignites his flame even more so. He scurries away when the going gets tough, but eventually scurries back to defend his loaf in crafty ways that don't involve too much physical contact with the source of danger. 

The loaf may have intelligent Kuku's, but Rupert proves to be the biggest brains to the loafs brawn. As a puppy, Rupert invented a trap that would have small prey piling up at his jaws, and all he had to do was sit and wait. Hence why his weight grew slightly out of control and he refused to depend on adult Kuku's for his meals. The brain burns clories after all, so he must be munching on something most of the time. This is also a reason that caused him to be picky with his food. He won't eat it unless he caught it. Draca enjoys to bully Rupert by bringing the chubby Kuku some berries or other vegetation, which Rupert takes in great offense as he raised himself on meat only, vegetation lacks the calories. However, for his well being, Viserre encourages the rook to eat at least a little vegetation. And out of respect for the dove, Rupert tries to mix in a few greens with his protein, but he's learned to cheek it and spit it up later when he's not around Viserre. Thus why Rupert prefers to eat alone, so he won't have to force himself to eat what little greens make their way to his mouth.

Deep down, Rupert knows he's only a weak Kuku who has little to no experience with fighting, he'd never be able to defend himself alone, so he cherishes the defense of his loaf. Guilt strangles his quirky heart. As, a huge part of why he tagged along with this loaf, is simply to benefit himself. Why fight for yourself when there are others to do it for you. All Rupert knows is how to think for himself and does so without much hesitation. He's on a mission to find treasures, treaures he can create other treaures with. Treasures that will allow Rupert to sit and eat all day while thinking about what to do and create with his treaures. One day, maybe Rupert will find his greatest treasure, a treasure too valuable for the simple minded to understand.
